Refund Policy

This is a translation. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.

This policy summarises how payments and refunds work. The full arrangements are in our terms and conditions. Our services are intended only for businesses and entrepreneurs, so the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

Trial month

The first month is a trial month. If you do not want to continue, let us know in writing during that month (for example by email to contact@infobranch.nl). The agreement then ends at the end of the trial month and no further monthly fees are collected. The fee for the trial month itself is not refunded.

After the trial month

After the trial month the agreement runs for the agreed term (the duration of the Plan of Action in your package). Monthly fees that have been paid are not refunded, and the agreement cannot be terminated early except where the law allows it.

Extra work

Extra work outside your package, such as an extra shoot day, is invoiced separately and is not refunded once it has been carried out.

Reversing a direct debit

With a SEPA direct debit you can reverse a payment through your bank. If you reverse a monthly fee that was correctly collected, the amount remains due and must be paid within 14 days.
